Me and Alana are both Superstars. For you guys that aren't you are able to get your hands on 20 stardollars. On my back-up account i got them. Unfortunatly i don't think you are able to use them. They could just be for when you upgrade if you do. Or they could just be for advertising purpose. You got the mail sent out yesturday, 30th of May 2011. I don't know weather you can still get them today, i think you can because when i logged into my back-up i got them!
